Policy Statement

At Everi, we are committed to producing excellent, reliable, and healthy hydration beverages. With that being said, all sales are final: once our products are purchased, we do not offer any refunds.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept any returns of any kind, even unopened or opened products. We do not accept exchanges for product for any reason, including changes of mind or dissatisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Defects and Quality Complaints

If you believe you received a product with a quality complaint, defect, or damage, please contact the Customer Support Team by filling out a contact form within 7 days of product delivery. Please include in your message: your order number, description of the complaint, and any photos or videos as evidence of the complaint. We will review every complaint on a case by case basis.

Disclosure and Signs

We will provide notice of this no refund policy in a clear manner in our terms and conditions, on checkout pages, and in other relevant communications to ensure customers are advised before they make a purchase.\


Risk and Damage in Transit

Once we have shipped the order through a carrier, the risk of loss of or damage to the order shifts to the customer unless specified otherwise. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must contact us immediately, and we will consider claims on a case-by-case basis. 


Policy Amendments

Everi may update or make modification to this policy at any time. Any changes will be made public on our website and we encourage customers to check this policy on a periodic basis.
