At Everi, we strive to provide your products in a timely, safe and reliable manner. The following is our Shipping Policy and a description of the timeframe for your product delivery once an order is submitted through our website.
Processing Times
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 12 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day. Any delays in order processing may occur during high order volume times, but we work diligently to process your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delivery Schedule
Once your order has been successfully processed and shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for you to receive your order. Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal delays outside our control. Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Confirmation Email & Tracking Your Shipment After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You will then be able to track your shipment from the Everi facility to your door. If you did not receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.

Delivery Problems
If your package is overdue, it is showing as delivered but you have not received it or it was delivered damage in any way, please let us know immediately. Even though Everi is not liable for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier, we will always do our best to assist you and reach an acceptable outcome when we can.
